This includes the date and time of access, IP address, Internet service provider, browser type and version, URL of the referring website and websites accessed. This server log data is stored separately from other data and cannot be assigned to a specific person. The aforementioned data is not merged with other data sources.
b. This data collected via a web interface serves the purpose of enabling a visit to the website, ensuring the error-free provision of the website and improving the website. This data is therefore processed for the technical administration of the website, to analyze your user behavior and to initiate and implement pre-contractual measures and is therefore based on Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) and lit. f) GDPR.
c. This data collected via a web interface is transmitted exclusively via encrypted connections. If you use the contact form offered by us to make an inquiry or contact us, this system uses SSL or TLS encryption for reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, which you can recognize by the fact that the address line of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. What are cookies and are they used on the websites?
When using the company's website, cookies are used to ensure that the technical process runs smoothly when you visit the website and to make the website more user-friendly, effective and secure overall and to analyze user behavior. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to the browser you are using and stored on your hard disk and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. This website uses transient cookies (temporary use), persistent cookies (time-limited use), third-party cookies (from third-party providers) and Flash cookies (possibly from third-party providers).
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process to provide certain functions are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in storing cookies in order to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services. This also applies with regard to the analysis of your user behavior.
Which website services are used?
1. google analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (hereinafter: “Google”). The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Technically, the information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). This sets an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of data when you visit this website and thus deactivates Google Analytics.
Further information on terms of use and data protection can be found at
www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html. In addition, please note that Google Analytics has been extended on this website by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both our website and our advertising.
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website: click here to opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics.
2. google maps
This site uses a map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the Google Maps function, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google's privacy policy: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
3. viato booking system
An online booking system, Viato CBE, is integrated into our website for room bookings. The provider of this system is Viato GmbH, Industriestr. 51 in 79194 Gundelfingen.
If you use the online booking system on our website, the data you enter in the booking form will be transmitted to Viato GmbH. The information you provide will be processed exclusively for the provision of our contractual services and will of course be treated confidentially.
The transmission of your data to Viato GmbH is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the performance of a contract). You have the option of withdrawing your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the effectiveness of data processing operations in the past.
We have concluded a contract with Viato for commissioned data processing.
What rights do I have as a visitor to the website?
Every data subject has the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. The restrictions of Sections 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to erasure, insofar as personal data has been stored separately on TAG's servers. This means that the right to erasure is aimed at restricting the processing of personal data, as TAG is obliged to secure its automated data processing systems (backups) and erasure of personal data in these systems would involve unreasonable and disproportionate effort. Finally, there is a right of appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent given to us before the GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that the revocation only takes effect for the future. Processing that took place before the withdrawal is not affected.
The assertion of these data protection rights and in particular the assertion of the revocation are to be sent by e-mail to
datenschutz@tag-ag.com
or in writing by post to the data protection management
TAG Immobilien AG
Data protection management
Kreuzstraße 7 c, 04103 Leipzig
in writing. The assertion of rights is free of charge.
In addition, we refer to the options described in this information to object to the setting of cookies and the use of the service providers used and to technically exclude them on your browser.
Will my data be passed on to third parties or to a third country and on what basis is this done?
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of the anonymized IP address and the use of website service providers, as described here, it will not be passed on outside the EU.
Insofar as the IP addresses are passed on to third parties in anonymized form, TAG has concluded order processing agreements - where required. Only if you have contacted us via the contact form will your personal data be collected and processed/forwarded within the Group. You have consented to this before accessing the contact form.
Other information
As a rule, there is no further transfer of personal data to countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area) or to an international organization. In the context of remote maintenance of standard IT components, it cannot be ruled out in individual cases that an IT service provider from a third country (e.g. USA) may, in rare cases, gain controlled and limited access to personal data for troubleshooting purposes.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
