Our cancellation conditions

The booking can be canceled free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. After that 75% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the booking is made during a trade fair period, the deadline for a free cancellation is 7 days before arrival. After that 75% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

A free early departure is possible if the next night is canceled by 10 am the day before. Otherwise 75% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 days before arrival. After that 30% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the booking is made during a trade fair period, the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 8 days before arrival. After that, 30% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

A free early departure is possible if the remaining stay is canceled 4 days before the new departure date. Thereafter, 30% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. After that, 60% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the booking is made during a trade fair period, the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 28 days before arrival. After that, 60% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Early departure free of charge is possible if the remaining stay is canceled 14 days before the new departure date. After that, 60% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
